Position Summary
Lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and business excellence.
This role is responsible for driving projects from planning to execution while supporting PMO activities and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects, programs, and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Support and promote project management standards, processes, and best practices
Facilitate communication among project teams, management, and business stakeholders
Contribute to PMO activities, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering or Information Technology preferred
5+ years of project management or continuous improvement experience
3+ years of project leadership experience
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent planning, communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies preferred
PMP certification is a plus
