How AIMED Approaches UA
All campaigns are executed on top of long-term payback models and hypothesis-based experiments. Based on user flow and LTV structure, we directly design investment-type UA that looks toward the next stage of growth even if it means accepting losses.
We directly operate the cycle of experiment analysis reflection. Validated hypotheses are scaled into campaigns targeting hundreds of thousands of users globally.
Our goal is UA at a level that goes beyond being the best in Korea.
AIMED's Career Impact
A senior on AIMED's UA team is the person who determines the team's direction and speed. They comprehensively design country, channel, and budget strategies for one or more core titles, and lead the full cycle from hypothesis building experiment design execution data interpretation scale-up.
Designer of prediction-based aggressive investment UA: Based on conviction in the D0 > D7 > D30 > D180 RPD curve, you reverse-calculate the allowable loss threshold by payback period, and design investment-type UA that maximizes scale while intentionally lowering ROAS within those boundaries. You lead advanced techniques not yet attempted in the Korean market, such as postback hacking (algorithm optimization) and high-value user targeting based on leading indicators.
Strategist beyond campaigns: Amid the trend of campaign operation automation, you directly involve yourself in game operation strategy and business strategy based on UA insights. You expand the strategic scope of UA - from SLG server open strategy (setting standards for optimal users per server, DAU, guild activation count, etc.), to country mix strategy (combining high-spending countries + low-cost active user countries), to finding the sweet spot for maximizing ROAS/ROI per server.
Leader who raises the team's level: Based on UA insights, you discuss strategy together with the development team and data/creative divisions, and lead the experiment design and methods of junior and mid-level members. You advance the team's knowledge base and design/operate a systematic know-how accumulation system that ultimately connects to AI learning.
