Job description
OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE YOUR CAREER - It’s about exceeding your potential.
Generating go-to-market strategy, including industry, company, and candidate ideas, in co-operation with the practice’s Senior Client Partner.
Setting assessments against client requirements and competencies.
Conducting and guiding on thorough research to navigate key companies and build accurate, encompassing lists of candidates accurately reflecting client profile.
Independently conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates, checking professional and personal fit with the role.
Conducting courtesy interviews with relevant job seekers to help develop and broaden the practice’s network.
Participating actively or taking the lead in project kick off meetings as well as project update/progress calls.
Preparing, writing, and presenting client facing documentation, such as search progress reports, candidate appraisals, and reference reports.
Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time.
Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database. Also monitoring others’ database input and ensuring them the importance of an up-to-date database with high quality notes and status.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Six to ten years of relevant experience in executive search
Experience in active candidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience.
Ability to hold constructive and engaging face-to-face interviews with candidates and checking their fit against the requirements for the role probing on leadership style, relevant work experience, and gap analysis.
Writing solid candidate and reference reports.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at candidate and client level.
Knowing “what good looks like” and promoting best practice by increasing quality and standards.
Hands-on mentality with high sense of urgency and comfortable to work under pressure.
Creative and commercial.
Extensive interest in broad spectrum of subjects.
Excellent analytical and time management skills.
Commitment and focus.
Confident and self-motivated, dynamic, able to take direction, and viewed as an individual who can advance within the firm.
Articulate, cogent verbal communication skills and strong written communication skills.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role with potential opportunities for extension or permanent conversion, subject to business needs.
