About the role
- 상업용 부동산 리테일 컨설팅 프로젝트에 대한 전반적 Support 업무
- 상업용 부동산 국내외 Market research 및 관련 Data analysis
- 신용카드 빅데이터 Data analysis
- 소비자 트렌드 및 소비행태 동향 파악
- 컨설팅 보고서 작성
About you
- PPT, EXCEL, WORD 프로그램사용능력 상
- 부동산 자문사의 인턴 및 업무 경험자. 특히, 상업용 부동산 시장 및 리테일 섹터에 대한 높은 관심을 가지신 분
- 부동산 자문업의 다양한 서비스라인에 대한 기본적 이해를 갖추신 분 (컨설팅, 임대차, 매입매각, 운영 등)
- 그 외 자산운용사, 회계법인, 전략컨설팅, 공간기획 및 크리에이티브, 브랜딩 등에 대한 경험을 보유하신 분 선호
- 외국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 선호 (비즈니스영어 및 영어문서 작성가능자 선호)
- 인턴 및 학회활동 경력기술서 : 프로젝트 Title 및 상세 역할 기재 필수 (부동산 자문 관련 경력 선호)
Period
기본 3개월 또는 추가 3개월 연장, 인턴 종료 후 정규직 채용 전환 가능
Assignment
인문 환경 분석 리서치 및 보고서 작성 능력 평가
[서류통과 이후 면접 일정 조율 시 내용 제공]
최종 산출물 : Excel 및 PPT 자료 제출
방식 : 회사 제공 Laptop 및 오픈소스 데이터 활용
시간 : 1시간 (60분)
