Job Description:
- This is a dual product and operations role: the candidate will own the KRJP product roadmap, including exercising sound judgement in prioritising product features roadmap based on value/impact, feasibility and resource management and serve as the central coordination point for platform incidents, stakeholder support, and cross-team issue resolution.
- Translate business requirements into cross-border product solutions, delivering comprehensive FRDs and BRDs.
- Engage functional leads on business context and impact evaluation; drive feature rollout through training, deployment planning, and feedback loops.
- Manage incident and ticket workflows — routing, tracking, and escalation — and support internal teams (CS, Seller Management Teams etc ) with platform-related queries.
- Coordinate across engineering, product, marketing, and operations to ensure timely issue resolution.
- KRJP Product Roadmap을 수립·관리하며, 비즈니스 value 와 impact, 개발 가능성 및 리소스 상황을 고려해 product 개발 우선순위를 결정합니다.
- 비즈니스 요구사항을 FRD 및 BRD를 작성하고, Cross border 환경에 적합한 솔루션을 기획합니다.
- 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하여 신규 기능의 기획, 교육, 배포 및 사후 개선을 주도합니다.
- 플랫폼 장애 및 운영 이슈 관리 프로세스를 운영하고, 내부 조직의 플랫폼 관련 문의와 문제 해결을 지원합니다.
- Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations 등 유관 부서와 협력하여 이슈를 신속하게 해결하고 서비스 안정성을 확보합니다.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the related field
- Bilingual in English and Korean to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
- Self-driven, positive attitude and team player
- Prior product management experience

- 자기주도적이고 긍정적인 마인드를 바탕으로 팀과 협업할 수 있는 분
- Product Manager 또는 관련 제품 관리 업무 경험을 보유한 분
