We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager to lead digital marketing in Korea and drive integrated campaign execution across the Asia Pacific region.
This role combines hands-on execution and strategic leadership, covering digital channels such as social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building cohesive, high-impact digital journeys that drive customer engagement, pipeline growth, and business expansion.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing (Korea Market)

Own and execute digital marketing initiatives in Korea, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and digital content programs

Develop and manage Korea-relevant digital channels, including YouTube, KakaoTalk, Naver, LinkedIn, and search engine visibility, with responsibility for channel strategy, content planning, publishing, and performance monitoring

Create and localize marketing content (copy, visuals, campaign assets) tailored to Korean audiences

Optimize campaign performance based on data insights, improving engagement, conversion, and lead quality

Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for campaign execution and content production
Campaign Strategy & Execution (Asia Pacific)

Lead and coordinate integrated digital marketing campaigns across Asia Pacific

Translate global and regional marketing strategies into localized, executable campaign plans

Ensure alignment across digital channels, including social media, paid media, email, and web, to deliver consistent customer journeys

Manage end-to-end campaign execution including planning, scheduling, asset readiness, and performance tracking

Drive campaign effectiveness through continuous improvement and best practice sharing across regions
Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales, Field Marketing, and Business Units to align campaigns with business priorities and account strategies

Work with global marketing teams to ensure consistency with corporate branding and messaging

Support Target Account List (TAL) and account-based marketing initiatives through digital engagement programs

Coordinate with regional teams (Japan, India, South Asia Pacific) to ensure scalable and repeatable campaign execution
Performance & Operations

Track and analyze digital marketing KPIs (engagement, leads, conversion, pipeline contribution)

Ensure marketing operations discipline including campaign governance, reporting, and data quality

Identify opportunities to improve digital processes, tools, and workflows

Contribute to building standardized digital marketing practices across Asia Pacific
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered

3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles

Hands-on experience across digital channels including Korea-relevant digital platforms, paid media, and email marketing, with the ability to adapt content and campaign execution by channel

Strong project management and execution skills across multiple campaigns
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or industrial sectors

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce)

Strong understanding of local audience behavior, digital consumption trends, and performance optimization, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal stakeholders and external agencies

Ability to plan channel-appropriate content and optimize visibility and engagement across Korea-relevant digital platforms, email programs, and search-driven journeys

Understanding of customer journey and account-based marketing approaches

Experience in a digital marketing agency environment is a plus, particularly for candidates seeking to transition into an in-house marketing role
