Role Description & Responsibilities:

Support 3DEXPERIENCE Platform deployment projects

Create User Request for product bugs/defects and document Value Request

Communicate with R&D teams
-
Monitor registered issues, check the progress, and update related departments

Visit customer sites with senior engineers to observe and understand workflows
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Naval Architecture and Ocean, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or any related major

Experience in university or contest project leading

Software deployment project experience is a plus
-
