직무 개요:
This role analyzes overall operations across Asia, including capacity, metal flow (including the Recycling Center), inventory, and SG&A control, while also acting as the controller for the JV.
책임 및 자격:
[Responsibilities]

Capacity: Analyze actual production volume by plant versus Plan/Forecast, assess metal flow, machine capacity and mix-change impact, evaluate the financial impact of UAL capacity allocation, and prepare Asia capacity templates.

Inventory: Analyze actual inventory by category, plant, and value stream; recommend proper inventory levels; and support improvements in inventory forecasting accuracy.

Metal: Assess raw material purchasing performance across price, purchase volume, inventory levels, and material consumption, while tracking metal and inventory movements across Purchasing, Production, and Sales.

Macro Planner: Serve as the COE for Macro Planner, partner with SCM to analyze data, enhance datasets, and challenge the reasonableness of planning assumptions.

Power BI: Prepare enhanced visual reporting for business performance indicators and identify extraordinary situations, cost-saving initiatives, and business improvements.
[Qualification]

10+ years of experience in Finance FP&A.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and complex operational issue management capability.

Proficient written and verbal English communication with sophisticated reporting capability.

Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, priorities, and stakeholder groups.

Preferred: understanding of the aluminum business and experience with Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Macro Planner, and Power BI.
