The Inside Service Sales Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, and contributing to maintain all equipment models specific to Life Sciences in the assigned area.
This position reports to the local service sales leader and is part of the Equipment Service located in Seoul and will be on-site role.
What you will do:

Play a critical role in retaining existing customers and ensuring continuity of service agreements

Handles quotation preparation, follow-ups, pipeline management and forecasting
-
Build close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.

Take ownership of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets, while managing the sales funnel and forecasting
-
Coordinate internally to ensure accurate scope, pricing and delivery of service offers

Provide smooth handover of sold services to operations teams
Who you are:
-
1+ years of experience in a professional business environment
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Competent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and be comfortable working with different systems
-
Ability to learn fast and work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
-
High work standards and quality, Self-motivated to solve problem
-
Strong communication skills
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Language/Environment Requirements.

Fluent level of English & Korean in written and verbal communications.

Ability to travel abroad upon business needs
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience in industrial, technical, or equipment-based services
-
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle)
