They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours. As a Project Manager on the Client Service team, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts (consulting, corporates, hedge funds, institutional investors, private equity, investment banks, etc.) and overseeing a team of Associates to best match our clients with the right Advisors for their projects. Come work with us to deliver the best service in the industry and help our clients make some of the most important business decisions in today’s economy. What You Will Own: - Serve as the main point of contact responsible for the day-to-day relationship and service delivery for our clients - Work with and manage a team of Associates to execute requests for clients who are conducting research and due diligence on industry trends, market opportunities, new products and technologies, and more - Provide training to Associates regarding best practices around prospective Advisor sourcing, recruiting, interaction, and screening to provide the best Advisor match for each client project - Work closely with the Business Development teams to optimize your clients’ use of Guidepoint’s services - Work with other Project Managers on the team to provide industry guidance for projects and workshops Experience You Will Bring: - Bachelor’s degree - Native Level of Korean and fluency in English - 3+ years of experience client or account management experience - Previous project management and/ or people management experience - Experience working in market research, agency, or consulting industries is preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Effective time management and organizational skills - Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team - Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment What We Offer: - Hybrid work environment, 2 days work from home - Competitive compensation - Generous paid annual leave - Casual and entrepreneurial work environment - Central office location About Guidepoint: Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform designed to advance understanding and empower our clients’ decision-making process.
