A Day in the Life
As a New Launch Project Planner, you will be at the heart of innovation, orchestrating the journey of our new products from concept to consumer. Acting as the central coordinator, you will ensure that every milestone is met, driving collaboration across multiple teams to bring our groundbreaking products to market flawlessly and on time.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead the coordination of new product launches using L'Oréal's Stage Gate process. You will track project progress, proactively identify risks, manage the master data for new products, and maintain the consolidated launch portfolio.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the single point of contact between product development (PI/PD) and operational teams (Supply Planning, Purchasing, Quality). You will ensure seamless communication and alignment on specifications, artwork, and demand forecasts.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Readiness: Define supply chain requirements and coordinate the first production timeline with our contract manufacturing (CM) vendors. You will track the availability of raw and packaging materials to mitigate any risks to the launch schedule.

To succeed, you should have:
- Proven experience in end-to-end new product launch project management.
- A solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including supply planning and vendor coordination.
- Experience using SAP.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with fluency in both Korean and English.
