- 자산관리(신축 및 기존 자산 인수인계 등) 및 운영 업무
- R&M / CAPEX 공사 관리
- 임대차 계약 및 임차인 관리
- 시설관리, 업체선정 및 관리
- 유지보수, 공사관리 및 하자관리
- 운영전략 수립 및 예산 작성
- 각종 보고서 작성 등
[자격요건]
- 학력 : 전문학사 이상
- 외국어 : 영어능력 우수자 우대
- 물류창고 관리 경력자 우대
- 공과계열 전공 및 자격증 보유자 우대
- 건축, 설비, 전기, 소방 분야 등 전공자 및 산업기사 이상 기술 자격 소지자 우대
- 운전면허 소지자
