About the Role
The Paired Inside Account Manager paired with Field Account Managers to support sales activities and drive growth within the Chemistries & Supplies Division (CSD). This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to develop commercial and technical expertise in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support assigned Field Account Managers in managing customer accounts and sales activities.
Manage transactional sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
Develop knowledge of Agilent Chemistries & Supplies products to support customers and sales activities.
Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage opportunities and sales pipeline activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer and business needs.

고객 문의에 대응하고 우수한 고객 경험을 제공합니다.
CRM(Salesforce 등)을 활용하여 영업 기회 및 파이프라인을 관리합니다.
고객 및 비즈니스 요구사항을 지원하기 위해 영업, 서비스, 마케팅 등 관련 부서와 협업합니다.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Degree completion within the last two years as of the employment start date.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and proactive problem solver.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data analysis.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop in a customer-facing sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to the Biopharma industry through coursework, laboratory research, internships, or projects.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related fields.
Strong learning agility and growth mindset.
