자격 요건

통합 마케팅(Integrated Marketing) 경력 4년 이상 (게임, 만화, 전자기기, 이커머스, 게임·완구, 리테일 업계 경험자 우대)

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Korea. Marketing at KOMODO involves creative initiatives encompassing a wide range of activities such as social media, offline events, retail promotions, and influencer collaborations. The mission of this position is to creatively reach Korean customers with the world's most popular gaming device, the Steam Deck, and deliver the excitement of gaming.
The ideal candidate will be able to create fun and innovative plans to help Korean customers discover, understand, and build meaningful experiences with our products and brand. This requires listening to customer feedback, understanding trends, and an iterative approach of planning campaigns, evaluating their performance, and applying lessons learned to future campaigns. You will also be involved in global projects, such as marketing our digital manga platform in the future.
Responsibilities-
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to Korean audiences.

Utilize social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate sales

Stay current with Korean market trends and customer behavior.

Track our products and brand.

Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback to optimize results.

Represent KOMODO at local industry events (occasional travel required).

Plan and coordinate offline activities such as retail promotions and retail stores

Build good business networks with Korean retail stores and game event organizations.
Qualifications-
4+ years of Integrated marketing experience, preferably in the gaming or manga, electronics, e-commerce brands, games and toys, and retail industry.

Strong understanding of Korean culture, media landscape, and online platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in digital media buying is a plus

Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming and bringing new ideas to life. in a group setting

Strong desire to work in the game industries

Language: Native-level Korean, Business-level English required. Japanese is a plus.
