NES Fircroft is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Recruitment Manager to establish and lead our Seoul recruitment team.
This is a unique leadership opportunity to shape our presence in Koreas rapidly growing Technology, AI Infrastructure, Data Centres, Semiconductor and Advanced Manufacturing sectors, while leveraging the strength of our established Korean business.

What Youll Be Doing
Lead & Grow
- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing recruitment team in Seoul.

Drive Business Growth
Develop new client partnerships across Korea

- Expand existing national client relationships while identifying new market opportunities.

Recruitment Excellence
- Deliver high-quality 360 recruitment across both contract and permanent hiring.
- Support clients with strategic hiring solutions for specialist technical talent.
- Build strong networks of candidates across technology, engineering and industrial sectors.
What Were Looking For
- Proven success in 360 agency recruitment with a strong business development background.
- Experience recruiting within Technology, Semiconductors, Data Centres, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Energy or related technical sectors.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience, with the ambition to build and scale a successful team.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for developing new business and growing client partnerships.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in both Korean and English.
