포지션: Principal Scientist / Senior Technical Expert
Oral Pharma Cellulose Derivatives (HPMC / HPMCAS / HPC)
직무:
Product Development
- Develop and optimize HPMC, HPMCAS, HPC and related cellulose derivative grades for pharmaceutical applications.
- Lead the development of sustained-release, film-coating, and enteric-coating excipients.
- Support development of low-nitrite and high-purity excipient grades.
- Evaluate and develop next-generation cellulose-based excipient technologies.
Process Development & Manufacturing Excellence
- Improve cellulose ether manufacturing processes and reaction efficiency.
- Optimize process yield, productivity, and product consistency.
- Lead pilot plant activities and scale-up projects.
- Support commercialization of newly developed products.
- Solve manufacturing and product quality issues through root-cause analysis.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical expertise for Oral Solid Dosage applications.
- Support customer technical issues related to formulation, functionality, and product performance.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and commercial teams to accelerate product development.
Innovation & Technology Strategy
- Monitor emerging trends in Oral Pharma excipients.
- Identify competitive technologies and future development opportunities.
- Provide technical insights regarding nitrite/nitrosamine mitigation and regulatory trends.
자격요건:
Ph.D. or Master's degree preferred in: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Pharmaceutical Science or Related disciplines
Applicants should possess significant experience in several of the following areas:
- HPMC development
- HPMCAS development
- HPC development
- Cellulose ether synthesis or manufacturing
- Oral Solid Dosage applications
- Sustained-release formulations
- Film coating technology
- Enteric coating technology
- Pharmaceutical excipients
- Pilot plant operation
- Scale-up and commercialization
- Manufacturing troubleshooting and process optimization
