[L'Oréal Korea] Medical Business Development Manager - SkinCeuticals (Loreal Dermatological Beauty Division)
[JOB SUMMARY: Core Role]
The Medical Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic business development and sales activities targeting key aesthetic medical clinics to achieve SkinCeuticals' commercial objectives. This role focuses on promoting product recommendation and prescription, sharing scientific knowledge, and ensuring regional sales growth and new account acquisition.
[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]
1. Medical Business Growth & Sales Target Achievement
- Regional Sales Target Achievement: Apply and lead the commercial strategy at the dedicated regional level (e.g., Gangnam/Seocho) to achieve both Sell-in and Sell-out sales targets.
- Promotion & Package Proposal: Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and propose customized promotions and product bundles tailored to clinic needs, maximizing sales uplift.
- Prescription & Productivity Drive: Actively promote the recommendation and prescription of SkinCeuticals products for pre/post-procedure use. Drive the full potential of existing accounts to increase productivity per door.
- New Account Acquisition/KOL cultivation: Identify and acquire new key target accounts and KOL doctors that align with the brand's strategy, contributing to sustainable growth. (Targets for new doors and productivity will be assigned as individual KPIs).
- Top Door Management: Drive growth in top-tier SkinCeuticals doors by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and training programs, ultimately expanding Medical Advocacy
2. Scientific & Clinical Partnership Development with Scientific Affairs Manager
- Academic Knowledge Sharing: Professionally share the latest scientific literature, clinical data, and mechanism of action for SkinCeuticals products and ingredients with doctors and clinic staff, enhancing product credibility.
- Successful Case Study Development: Identify and document successful clinical cases using SkinCeuticals products in conjunction with in-clinic procedures. Share these cases internally and externally for marketing and sales leverage.
- KOL Relationship Building & Expansion: Build and maintain trusting relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the aesthetic medical community and societies, expanding brand advocacy.
3. Account Management & Training Excellence
- Customized Display & Setup: Propose and execute product display and setup solutions within individual premium clinics, ensuring the brand image is professionally represented and driving visibility for customer purchase.
- Strategic Business Consulting: Serve as a trusted consultant and partner to target accounts in implementing brand strategies.
- Professional Training Delivery: Fully equip staff with brand and product knowledge, and deliver professional training to doctors and clinic staff on products, selling skills, and patient satisfaction (including the development and modification of training materials based on clinic needs).
[QUALIFICATION]
- Education: University graduate
- Experience: 4-5 years of overall professional experience
- Required: At least 3 years of experience in the medical industry as a Sales Representative or Business Development Specialist.
- Highly Preferred: Experience within Premium Medical Device companies or the Aesthetic Dermatology field (especially in key areas like Gangnam/Seocho).
- Language: Korean and English is preferred (verbal and written communication)
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS PPT, Excel, and Word
