Responsibilities

Collaborates with other sales staff, marketing and/or R&D to maintain existing business and create new business.
Coordinate and lead all sales activities related to major target accounts.
Will develop sales plans and review the overall progress of the business.
Will effectively communicate with the existing and potential customers and build business and social relationships. This includes building business relationship with the executives of the client companies.
Provides professional technical services to client in the major applications. By sharing technical knowledge with client, candidate enhances client’s operations and increase their satisfaction with Diversey.
Generate new sales opportunities, the candidate conducts field tests and market research and provide written report and proposal to client.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technical and/or related majors
Minimum 5 years of work experience in F&B technical sales
Fluent English in speaking and writing for business communication
Goal-directed, responsible for sales target
Rich in experience resolving various problems for the client with excellent communication skills
Customer-centric mindset and strengths in sales through customer consulting
Driver’s license
Good level of competency in computer skills including MS Office

Key Account Manager

Account Manager는 고객의 수익성 있는 성장과 서비스를 책임집니다.
다른 Sales 직원 및 마케팅, R&D 직원과 협력하여 기존 비즈니스를 유지하고 신규 비즈니스를 창출합니다.
주요 타겟 Account애 대한 전체 영업활동을 조정하고 이끄는 역할을 합니다. 영업 계획을 마련하고 비즈니스 진행 상황을 전반적으로 검토합니다.
기존 고객 및 잠재 고객과 효과적으로 연락하고 비즈니스 및 사회적 관계를 구축합니다. 여기에는 고객사 최고 경영진과의 비즈니스 관계 구축이 포함됩니다.
주요 어플리케이션에서 고객에게 전문적인 테크니컬 서비스를 제공합니다. 고객과 기술지식을 공유하여 고객의 운영을 향상시키고 Diversey에 대한 만족도를 높입니다.
새로운 영업기회를 도출하기 위해 현장 테스트 및 시장조사를 수행하고 고객에게 서면 결과 및 권장 사항을 제공합니다.

Qualifications

4년제 대학에서 화학, 화학공학 또는 관련 전공 졸업자
7년 이상의 B2B 기술 영업 경험이 있는 분
업무상 영어로 원활한 의사소통이 가능한 분
목표 지향적이며, Sales 목표에 대한 책임감을 가지고 있는 분
탁월한 커뮤니케이션 능력으로 고객사의 다양한 문제를 해결한 경험이 있는 분
고객 중심적인 마인드를 가지고 있으며, 고객 컨설팅을 통한 세일즈에 강점이 있는 분
운전 면허 소지자
컴퓨터 활용 능력 보유하신 분 (MS Office)
