Teradata Korea is seeking the first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to launch and grow the Elastic Compute business in Korea.
This is a unique opportunity to establish a new market category, acquire new customers, and shape the go-to-market strategy for one of Teradata's most important growth initiatives. The successful candidate will combine entrepreneurial thinking, strong business development capabilities, and enterprise sales execution skills to drive adoption of Elastic Compute across Korea.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, solution engineering, product management, and strategic partners to develop opportunities and accelerate customer success.
- Drive new logo acquisition for Elastic Compute across Korea.
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities within enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
- Build executive-level relationships with CIOs, CDOs, Chief Data Officers, AI leaders, and senior business stakeholders.
- Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, partner engagement, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract execution.
- Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to develop and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Position Elastic Compute against modern cloud analytics platforms while highlighting Teradata's differentiated enterprise value.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities across the broader Teradata AI and Data Platform portfolio.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the Elastic Compute go-to-market strategy for Korea.
- Identify high-value industry use cases and customer success stories.
- Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management and Global Marketing teams.
- Help develop repeatable sales methodologies, best practices, and market engagement strategies.
You will work closely with:

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
- Demonstrated success acquiring new enterprise customers and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience selling cloud platforms, SaaS, analytics, AI, infrastructure, or data management solutions.
- Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving both business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of operating independently in a high-growth environment.
Experience selling or working with cloud-native AI, analytics, and data platforms highly desirable.
