Job Description

The Performance Marketing organization drives quantitative and qualitative business growth based on e-commerce data. This position strategically manages annual media budgets worth hundreds of billions of Korean won and leads full-funnel marketing strategies. Beyond simple media operations, it involves designing sophisticated media mix considering Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and business profitability. In particular, this role leads the establishment of a data-driven marketing ecosystem that advances attribution models and performance measurement methodologies to comprehensively analyze fragmented customer journeys, enabling optimal decision-making. 【Job Responsibilities】 1. Performance Marketing Strategy Leadership (Strategy & Ownership) Strategic design and operation of annual paid media budget worth hundreds of billions of won aligned with business objectives Establish full-funnel marketing strategies from Acquisition-Retention-LTV perspective and set priorities Media portfolio decision-making connected to key business metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.) 2. Data-Driven Performance Management & Optimization (Performance Governance) Comprehensive management of channel performance and lead decisions on budget reallocation and scaling up/down Overall traffic strategy leadership during major promotions and key events Present new media/format expansion directions through headroom analysis 3. Measurement System & Attribution Enhancement (Measurement & Attribution) Interpret attribution models (MTA, MMM, etc.) and reflect them in budget strategies Verify causal relationships of performance through experiments (Incrementality Tests, etc.) and utilize for decision-making Collaborate with data organizations to ensure reliability of marketing performance measurement systems 4. Creative & Organizational Leadership (Leadership) Set creative strategy directions for each media channel and make decisions Lead internal teams, agencies, and related departments to maximize performance organization execution Provide coaching for team member growth and build performance culture

Position Requirement

Required: 1. 8+ to under 15 years of performance marketing experience in e-commerce, platforms, retail, or top-tier agencies (team leadership experience required) 2. Advanced-level operation and strategic planning experience with major media platforms (Naver/Google/Meta/Kakao, etc.) 3. Direct experience managing and optimizing large-scale budgets of billions of won monthly 4. Proficiency in MMP, GA4, and Amplitude (capable of data integrity checks and analysis) 5. Full-funnel design and media mix optimization capabilities from new user acquisition to retargeting and purchase conversion 6. Flexible collaboration skills with other departments (development, data, design) and logical reporting capabilities to executives 7. English communication skills Preferred: - Advanced data analysis: SQL-based data extraction and processing capabilities, or dashboard construction experience using Tableau/Looker - Experience leading MMM (Media Mix Modeling) or MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) implementation projects or practical application - Statistical experiment design and performance verification experience including Incrementality Tests and Conversion Lift Tests - Global media operation experience or experience creating synergy between branding campaigns (TVC/OTT/Video) and performance marketing
