5+ years of experience in technology architecture, designing and implementing scalable, resilient systems. FIG (Financial Institutions Group) experience is a plus, not mandatory
Ability to align IT and business priorities to deliver impactful solutions. Ability to shape long-term solution strategies and influence architectural roadmaps
Expertise in defining project scope, managing client-serving contexts, and driving successful implementations
Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Strong understanding of architectural design principles for cloud-native and hybrid solutions with hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Expertise in modern deployment and infrastructure technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, SecDevOps)
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., Express, React)
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with DevOps methodologies and Agile development practices
Experience conducting technical feasibility assessments for large-scale projects, evaluating risks, tradeoffs, and benefits
Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives
Fluent language skills in both Korean and English to collaborate with local and global teams
