Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience to manage semiconductor related materials, suppliers, and have interactions with ASIC houses, fabless, OEM, Silicon Foundry or OSAT
- Have possessed deep understanding of semiconductor production management, preferably in Assembly, Test, and Backend manufacturing process technologies
- Extremely strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in improving Supplier performance processes
- Experience in using cost models and object
- Support capital budgeting and cash flow management, and the execution of Global Procurement strategies
- Handle cost saving initiatives and metric
- Implement cost savings and process improvement program
- Own procurement process for designated areas and accounts
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs
- Have deep knowledge to serve as a consultant for procurement process and supplier issues.
