Your new role
As a Multichannel Engagement Specialist, you will play a central role in driving Novo Nordisk's multichannel customer engagement (MCE) strategy forward – managing content, optimising processes, and ensuring seamless execution of digital engagement activities that reach healthcare professionals where they are.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Manage contents development process and support contents creation with the Line of Business (LOB): Support creation of digital contents and deliver those to LOB for multichannel customer engagement projects; Localize global contents from Contents Hub; Check the approval process and support when necessary; Develop the contents plan with LOB; Monitor the delivery and release of the contents through digital channels within planned time
- Support operation of MCE activities such as Kakao Talk and Health Care Professional (HCP) portals: Monitor the Kakao Channel or HCP portals with KPIs and support strategy setting with MCE lead; Plan the additional functions in the Kakao Channel to impact the business productivity and support development; Develop HCP portals based on BU needs with contents hub team or local agencies; Support function enhancement in the digital tools when necessary; Run simple analytics regarding digital activities to set up direction to drive traffic; Support building KPIs in the dashboard with data analyst; Monitor the KPIs and report to MCE lead; Set up short term and mid term strategies to drive traffic in digital area with MCE lead
- Work with Commercial Excellence team for the multi-channel activity: Set up marketing campaign journeys using CE team’s segmentation with LOB; Support setting criteria for segmentation and targeting to CE team using digital KPIs; Plan better usage of the CRM system in digital area with CE manager; Co-work for the Omnichannel Engagement (OCE) digital journey set up
- Work on organizing process of OCE digital journey set up with relevant digital, technology and business stakeholders: Support to simplify the process to initiate OCE digital journey setting; Handle the admin functions to be applied to OCE digital journey

Qualifications
- MCE experience from pharma or non-pharma industry is preferred
- English fluency, both written and spoken English communication skills are essential
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in digital transformation project or MCE is a plus
- Strong communication skill, Proactive, Fast learning agility are required
