About TCMP
TCMP is building the DEN ecosystem—a professional platform connecting experienced experts, investors, and strategic partners to execute high-value opportunities in private capital markets.
We advise on private company secondary transactions, pre-IPO investments, strategic fundraising, and are expanding into Real World Asset (RWA) investment funds covering multiple asset classes.
We are seeking experienced execution partners who can originate opportunities, evaluate transactions, coordinate stakeholders, and help bring investment deals to successful completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Advisory
- Source and evaluate private company investment opportunities
- Support secondary block transactions and structured private deals
- Analyze pre-IPO investment opportunities
- Conduct commercial and financial due diligence
- Prepare investment summaries and transaction materials
- Coordinate legal, financial and operational workstreams throughout execution
Deal Execution
- Lead execution of private market transactions from sourcing to closing
- Manage communication between issuers, investors, advisors, and legal teams
- Coordinate documentation, negotiations, and transaction timelines
- Identify execution risks and develop practical solutions
Capital Raising
- Support fundraising initiatives for private investment opportunities
- Develop relationships with institutional investors, family offices, strategic investors, and accredited investors
- Assist in marketing RWA investment products
- Coordinate investor communications throughout fundraising processes
RWA Investment Platform
Participate in developing investment opportunities backed by:
- Real Estate
- Infrastructure
- Energy Assets
- Private Credit
- Intellectual Property
- Digital Infrastructure
- Other institutional-grade real world assets
Business Development
- Expand TCMP's investment partner network
- Build strategic relationships with investment firms and asset owners
- Introduce qualified investment opportunities
- Collaborate with industry experts within the DEN ecosystem
Preferred QualificationsRequired
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Investment Banking
- Private Equity
- Venture Capital
- Corporate Finance
- M&A Advisory
- Securities Firms
- Alternative Investments
- Family Office
- Asset Management
- Experience executing investment transactions
- Strong financial analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage confidential transactions
Preferred

주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities)1. 투자 자문 (Investment Advisory)
- 비상장 기업 투자 기회 발굴 및 투자 검토
- Secondary Block Deal 및 구조화된 Private Deal 자문 및 지원
- Pre-IPO 투자 기회 분석
- 사업성 및 재무 실사(Due Diligence) 수행
- 투자 검토 자료(Investment Memo) 및 거래 관련 문서 작성
- 법무, 재무, 운영 등 거래 전반의 실행 프로세스 관리 및 조율
2. 투자 거래 실행 (Deal Execution)
- 투자 기회 발굴부터 거래 종결(Closing)까지 전 과정 실행
- 발행사, 투자자, 자문사, 법무법인 등 다양한 이해관계자와의 커뮤니케이션
- 계약 협상, 거래 일정 및 관련 문서 관리
- 거래 리스크를 사전에 식별하고 실행 가능한 해결 방안 제시
3. 투자 유치 및 자금조달 (Capital Raising)
- Private Investment 및 투자 상품의 Fundraising 지원
- 기관투자자, 패밀리오피스(Family Office), 전략적 투자자(SI), 전문투자자와의 네트워크 구축
- RWA 기반 투자 상품의 투자자 마케팅 지원
- 투자자 대상 커뮤니케이션 및 Fundraising 프로세스 운영
4. RWA 투자 플랫폼 구축
