Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations Support
Coordinate daily manufacturing support activities and procurement of MRO materials, consumables, and tools to ensure smooth production operations.
Support Manufacturing Engineering by monitoring production performance, analyzing KPI trends in Power BI, and maintaining manufacturing documentation such as SOPs and Work Instructions.
Process Improvement & Performance
Collect, analyze, and report manufacturing data to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, CAPA tracking, and manufacturing optimization projects through data analysis and performance monitoring.
Manufacturing Administration
Coordinate cross-functional administrative activities among Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS departments.
Maintain operational databases, manufacturing records, training records, and service contracts while ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
Support EHS reporting and regulatory documentation in coordination with the site EHS representative.
Site & Facility Coordination
Coordinate company dormitory and employee cafeteria operations, including facility inspections, maintenance requests, vendor communication, and service quality monitoring to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-managed environment for employees.
Coordinate customer visits, audits, and training programs by arranging logistics, accommodations, transportation, NDA documentation, and site safety orientation.
Support factory-wide operational events including Town Hall meetings, safety campaigns, employee engagement activities, and new employee onboarding.
Provide administrative and operational support for additional manufacturing projects and business initiatives as assigned.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production support, industrial engineering, or operations analysis.
Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience with manufacturing KPI analysis, production planning, or continuous improvement projects is preferred.
Experience in semiconductor, optics, electronics, or other high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, data analysis)
Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and KPI visualization
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
Basic understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, Yield, Throughput, Downtime)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational ability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Working Conditions
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM), 40 hours per week.
Overtime work may be required and will be compensated in accordance with Korean labor laws.
Meal allowance provided.
Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment.
Company dormitories are available, or employees may commute by personal vehicle.
Work location: Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
