Role Description & Responsibilities:

Analyze, control and approve orders and renewals in compliance with 3DS policies and rules.

Analyze, control and approve Customers’ and Distributors’ claims.
-
Ensure POs, RNs, Claims and NTSRs are processed as per agreement and as per 3DS policies and rules.

Elevate internal & external customers’ satisfaction on ordering through Hypercare operations with GEOs and Partners.

Manage Non-Technical Service Request (NTSRs) by prioritizing and dispatching NTSRs, analyzing requests through issue reproduction, and following up issue escalation until the resolution delivery.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

At least 7 years in Order Management or Sales Operations

Possesses strong analytical skills to review commercial contracts, purchase orders, and complex pricing structures accurately

Demonstrates proven work experience within the software industry
