Sales Analysis & Reporting · Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. · Analyze store KPIs and support monthly business performance reviews. · Analyze sales and KPI data using Power BI. · Identify and share best practices across all stores. · Consolidate in-store event results and prepare performance reports. · Provide data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. 2. Store Operations Support & Execution Excellence · Manage and maintain the Store Board. · Administer operational tools, including the Daily Checklist, Morning Briefing, Outreach Planning, and Store Deck. · Prepare and distribute the Retail Calendar. · Develop and distribute store operation manuals and guidelines. · Monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). · Manage operational communications and announcements for retail stores. 3. Power BI & Retail Systems Management · Manage Power BI reports and ensure data accuracy. · Develop Power BI user guides and training materials. · Support Power BI training for store teams. · Monitor data quality issues and drive continuous improvements. · Support the operation of the PRISM system and respond to user inquiries. · Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve system-related issues. 4. Global Retail Operations Support · Support the implementation of global retail policies, including the Return Policy, International Tax Refund, and Alteration Policy. · Manage Gift Wrapping standards and brand service guidelines. · Coordinate operational supplies, including employee uniforms, name badges, and business cards. · Support store F&B operations and quality management. · Communicate global retail operational policies and updates to stores. 5.
