About the Role

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

This position involves receiving calls from potential customers and making cold call to new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process.

What You'll Do

Manage the evaluation and opensource leads to convert to solid business opportunities
Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with Qt's products and services.
Recommend business solutions considering customer needs and Qt interests.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Marketing events support to identify and follow up the leads from the events.
Plan Qt Training arrange the event and follow up the potential business case

What You Bring to the Table

Proven inside sales experience
Quota achieving attitude and willingness/passion
Strong phone presence and experience
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good speaking and writing in English. (Second to Korean)
