The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for manufacturing engineering across filling, processing, utilities, and material flow, as well as packaging engineering, process readiness, and operational support for Project Nuri, a Greenfield CPS Korea facility.
The role ensures that manufacturing and packaging systems are designed, commissioned, and operated to deliver safe, high‑quality, and efficient production while meeting business, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
This role works closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, PMO, and external suppliers.
Support design, installation, commissioning, and start-up of manufacturing systems from Concept design to operational readiness
Manage Engineering firms, external consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Manufacturing & Packaging Design (Greenfield)
Provide manufacturing and packaging input into filling and processing equipment design, line capacity, process flow, utilities (CIP, air, water, steam), and material flow from raw materials to finished goods
Installation, Commissioning & Start‑Up Support
Packaging Technology & Supplier Management
Manufacturing & Packaging Operations Support
Provide technical support to filling, processing, and packaging operations, focusing on line stability, changeover robustness, throughput, and loss elimination
Support investigation and resolution of manufacturing issues related to process performance, filling accuracy, material flow, and utility availability, as well as packaging-related issues, through root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensure manufacturing and packaging processes meet safety, quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements

Documentation & Stakeholder Coordination
Prepare and maintain manufacturing and packaging documentation and specifications related to process parameters, filling conditions, utilities requirements, material flow, and packaging performance
Coordinate with Engineering firms, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution quality
Qualifications / Requirements
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP procurement, PP & PE module or documentation systems
Occasional visits to suppliers, concentrate plants, bottling operations, or training centres may be required.
