Louis Vuitton is seeking a Senior Digital Merchandising Specialist to join the Korea eCommerce team. This role is responsible for supporting the growth of the e-retail business through effective digital merchandising, product launch execution, content management, and online performance optimization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer experience across LV.com and the LV App , driving digital sales through data-driven insights, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
1. New Product/Collection/Campaign Launch & Digital content management
- Manage product master data and digital contents for LV.com/LV APP in alignment with central/local guidelines.
- Oversee product launch/e-merchandising operations across relevant systems.
- Forecast sales for new product launches and report on launch performance results.
- Continuously optimize online visual merchandising (eVM) to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
- Own the end-to-end management of LV.com / LV App customer experience across both web and app environments.
- Collaborate closely with central and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth launch preparation and execution.
Contribute WW/Local digital content & activation planning based on key buy alignments with internal stakeholders during buying period

2. Digital Sales Activation & Performance Ownership
- Plan and execute sales-driving activations across all digital touchpoints, including onsite, search, and CRM, in line with local business strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, SCM, Customer Service, and Operations, to ensure flawless execution.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on eCommerce sales performance and key business KPIs.
- Conduct regular inventory analysis to optimize product positioning, improve category performance, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Translate business insights into prioritized action plans and test-and-learn initiatives that drive both short-term sales impact and long-term D2C growth.
Monitor key product and market trends, including competitor pricing and commercial activities.

3. Digital Merchandising Projects
- Lead end-to-end e-merchandising project management for key commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, SCM, IT, Customer Service, and Operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
