상세 직무 내용

Key Job Accountabilities

JOB SUMMARY

Daily E-commerce Business management

Build E-commerce business strategies and manage sales performance to achieve target top-line growth.
Develop business planning for 1P/Sell-in channels and establish accurate Sell-in & Sell-out forecasting models.
Well-execute and implement online strategies for each key channel in line with the brand's overall digital strategy.
Create and maintain the online business: Brand e-Trade marketing calendar, e-Merchandising, and e-Content management.
Implement brand strategic campaigns across all E-commerce channels in close collaboration with corporate teams.
Strengthen and reinforce brand awareness by enhancing brand visibility, improving sales performance, and developing premium service experiences.
Operate and merchandise website products based on sales objectives, key seasons, and promotions with online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage.
Drive sales performance through data analysis and online product placement management while optimizing customer experience.
Manage digital media budgets and optimize resource allocation to drive ROAS.
Execute campaign media spend aligned with strategic brand KPIs and channel-specific objectives.

Achieving collaborative work

Communicate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to allocate, consolidate, and execute joint business plans.
Manage stock and inventory forecasting in close alignment with Product Managers (PM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Monitor competitor movements, consumer behaviors, and emerging online channel trends.
Localize and update brand assets with agencies and cascade them effectively to each channel.

Monitor New E-commerce Businesses for Test & Learn

Analyze and manage new e-commerce channel opportunities and Live Streaming initiatives.
Test & learn new potential business opportunities to protect brand equity and discover new growth drivers.
Create synergy between e-commerce business and digital content creation.

Qualifications

Education

University graduate

Years of experience

2~7 years

Experience

Deep understanding of the local e-Commerce ecosystem and channel dynamics.

Preferred: Proven track record or experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry.

Preferred: Hands-on experience managing Sell-in channels (e.g., Coupang, Kurly, Olive Young, etc.).

Language

Fluent in both Korean and English

Other Skills

Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
