As an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) analyst, you use your specialized experience in OSINT and attention to detail to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an Open-Source Intelligence Analyst on our team, you will design, develop, and execute solutions in support of intelligence organizations, missions, or processes. You’ll apply advanced technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. You’ll develop innovative solutions to complex problems, work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

You Have:
8+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, including all‑source, OSINT, and SIGINT
Experience conducting structured OSINT research using publicly available information from commercial, academic, government, and international sources
Experience applying core OSINT tradecraft, including source validation, digital verification, metadata review, online footprint management, and working with PAI and CAI
Experience producing clear, accurate intelligence products that meet ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards
Experience using OSINT tools and analytical methods, including performing investigative research and analyzing or visualizing large amounts of public data
Ability to blend OSINT and classified reporting to identify trends, risks, and operational insights
Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, mission-focused environments supporting national security or defense operations
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with analytics or a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with analytics
Completion of an OSINT certified training course
Nice If You Have:
Experience providing OSINT or all‑source support to military operations, planning, or operational decision-making
Experience working at a Combatant Command, Service Component, or joint operations center
Experience applying OSINT to cyber threat research or digital environment assessments
Experience using SIGINT tools and analytical methods
Experience with geospatial OSINT tools or publicly available mapping platforms
Experience managing tasks or workflows within an OSINT or all‑source team
Experience using Python to automate research or streamline OSINT data handling
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle, OSINT policies, and best practices for integrating OSINT into mission planning
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
