Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Handle manual failure analysis works with utilization and maintenance of failure analysis equipment.

Support electrical analysis with ATE/bench test for device function.

Support physical failure analysis for customer return.

Work on documentation related to FA activity.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electric or Semiconductor Engineering.

1-5 years of experience as Failure Analysis Engineer.

Good understanding of Failure Analysis (electrically, physically).

Good understanding in front-end/back-end process and chemical handling.
- Basic knowledge of ESD and EOS (interpretation schematic & circuit).

Understanding in QMS (Quality Management System).

Preferred to have understanding in automotive semiconductor function.

Preferred to have basic knowledge of maintaining FA equipment.

Preferred to have hands-on experiences in power device (ex, IGBT, MOSFET) and memory solutions.

Preferred to have know-hows on semiconductor failure analysis.

Good skill in speaking/writing in English.

MS Office Skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
