주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities)

Schneider Electric의 전력 제품(Power Products) 기반 장비(배전반, 배전기기, 저압/중압 스위치기어, 전력모니터링시스템 등)에 대한 기술 지원 수행
-
현장 설치 및 시운전(Installation & Commissioning)
-
중대한 품질 이슈(Major Quality Issue) 대응 및 현장 지원
-
전력 제품 및 시스템(Power Products/System)에 대한 기술 기반 사전 영업(Pre-sales) 지원
-
현장 방문을 통해 원인 분석(Root Cause Analysis)을 수행하고 관련 정보를 수집 및 검증
-
현장의 Power 제품 품질 이슈에 대해 품질팀과 협업하여 결함 제품의 원인 분석 및 해결 지원
-
Schneider Electric 서비스 파트너의 기술적·전문적 수행 역량 평가에 대한 기술 지원
-
고객에게 최적의 제안, 신규 솔루션 및 업그레이드 기회에 대해 자문 제공
-
우수한 제품 가이드라인 및 솔루션 제공
-
현장 업무 수행 중 발견한 디지털 사업 기회(Digital Opportunity) 발굴 및 등록
-
기술 기반의 소규모 서비스 프로젝트를 주도하거나 프로젝트 조정에 기여
-
견적(Quotation) 팀에 전력(Power) 분야 기술 지원 제공
-
도면(Blueprint) 및 서비스 관련 문서(사양서, 보고서, 품질 요구사항 등)를 해석할 수 있는 검증된 역량 보유
-
고객 전력 시스템에 대한 기본적인 진단(Audit) 수행 가능
-
기술 문의와 관련된 모든 필요 정보를 요청하기 위한 공식 문서(Official Letter) 작성 지원
-
고객 현장 방문 시 현재 작업 범위를 넘어서는 추가 비즈니스 기회를 발굴하여 영업팀에 연계
자격 요건 (Qualifications)
-
전력 제품 분야 전문학사 이상 또는 관련 분야 3년 이상의 경력 보유
-
전력 이론 및 전력 시스템에 대한 우수한 기술 지식 보유
-
전력 엔지니어로서 기술 자문 수행 가능
-
현장 안전 규정 및 정책 준수 역량 보유
-
MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 활용 능력 우수
-
고객 관계 및 고객 리스크 관리 역량 보유
-
전력 시스템 장애 분석 및 문제 해결 능력 보유
-
영업팀 및 고객 대상 기술 지원 수행 가능
-
데이터 분석 기반의 문제 정의 및 원인 분석 역량 보유
-
영어 의사소통 능력 필수
-
운전면허 소지 필수
우대 사항 (Preferred Qualifications)

전력 시스템 관련 응용 소프트웨어 활용 경험

전기·전자·제어·통신 관련 전공 또는 자격증 보유자

현장 서비스(Field Service) 또는 기술 지원 경험 보유자
