Responsible for managing and executing manufacturing asset maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, as part of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program. This role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives for machines and equipment, while ensuring compliance with KORE and local regulations in the EOSH area, in collaboration with the team.

1. Plant Maintenance Business Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans for all assigned areas.

3. Total Productive Maintenance Trainer

Skilled TPM Trainer to embed Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles into the Plant culture. The Trainer will develop and execute training programs to enhance employees’ capabilities in TPM’s core pillars (Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Capability Building), driving continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and efficiency.
