리크루팅지원팀은 전사 영업조직 도입과 리크루팅 관련한 전략 및 기획 및 관리 지원 업무를 통해 회사의 영업조직 도입 및 관련 업무 운영을 담당합니다.

회사 리크루팅 전략과 연계하여 실행 계획을 수립 및 시행하며 영업 현장을 지원합니다.

1. 영업조직 도입을 위한 리크루팅 계획 수립 및 실행
2. 순수 신입 인재 발굴 리크루팅 계획 수립 및 실행
오프라인 리크루팅 활동 기획 및 운영
대학, 지방자치단체 등 신규 채용 채널 발굴
우수 인재 Pool 구축 및 관리
3. 관리자 리크루팅 역량 강화 활동 및 현장 지원
신입 및 관리자 정규 교육 과정 강의
현장과 협업을 통한 신입 정착 및 육성
상황별 CIS 자료 작성 및 배포
4. 일반 업무
회사/팀 Project 관리 및 지원
그룹사 및 모회사와 연계 업무 수행
기타 업무 지원
[자격요건]
보험, 금융 또는 영업 조직 근무 경험자로 GA에 대한 이해 및 지식 보유자
행사 기획 및 교육 운영, 강의 가능자
고객 응대 경험을 기반으로 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자
문서작성 능력 중급 이상 및 엑셀 중급 이상자
