Join Arthrex Korea and play a key role in advancing medical education excellence.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the planning, coordination, and execution of medical education programs while ensuring full compliance with global, APAC, and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end registration and administration of medical education events through GEMS and global event platforms.

Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance for all educational programs in accordance with Arthrex policies and local regulations.

Support product managers and distributors by leveraging training resources from Arthrex Global University.

Manage inventory, procurement, and SAP transactions related to educational materials, laboratory supplies, and training equipment.

Coordinate event logistics, including offsite workshops, cadaver labs, distributor trainings, product presentations, transportation, setup, and breakdown activities.

Maintain medical education equipment and instruments, ensuring proper functionality, repairs, replacements, and disposal of obsolete items.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, distributors, and hospital staff to deliver high-quality educational programs.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Biology, Medical Science, or a related discipline.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to develop training materials and support educational initiatives.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of influencing and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
