We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Digital Commercial expert to own the strategy and execution of our company's DTC e-commerce business in Korea. This leadership role is responsible for the full P&L of the DTC e-commerce, driving sustained growth, optimizing profitability, and enhancing our brand presence. This strategic position also includes the future opportunity to lead our expansion into new e-commerce platforms.

Your Mission

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Sustainable Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven sales growth strategy for our official EC site, focusing on long-term sustainability while identifying new market opportunities and competitive dynamics.
P&L Management: Own and manage the P&L in partnership with the finance team, setting and achieving ambitious revenue, margin, and profitability goals across all digital commerce touchpoints, while maintaining a premium brand strategy and market positioning.
Forecast & Inventory Collaboration: Partner closely with supply chain and operations teams on demand forecasting and inventory availability to agilely respond to sales opportunities and secure optimal stock levels.
Agency & Local Digital Marketing Governance: Manage external E-commerce and performance marketing agencies in collaboration with internal performance marketing members (covering digital advertising like NAVER, local CRM like KakaoTalk, etc.), setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring cost-efficient execution.
Governance of Resellers & Key Account Partners: Govern key e-commerce partners and authorized resellers in alignment with the sales team to ensure strict adherence to brand and marketing guidelines, minimizing channel or price conflicts across the Korean market.
Strategic Marketplace Expansion: Spearhead the potential launch, strategic positioning, and revenue growth of our brand on local marketplaces, delivering channel tiering, tailored product assortment, and platform-specific marketing campaigns. You also need to develop a scalable execution playbook for potential expansions into other major marketplace platforms.

Individual Leadership (Internal & External)

Strategic Influencer & Collaborator: Act as a high-impact individual contributor with no direct reports at present, focusing on cross-functional influence and project leadership. ※An opportunity to build and lead a local team may arise in the future based on business growth.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Direct and collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Account Service, Demand Planning, and Customer Service—to foster shared accountability and drive premium business outcomes.
External Partner Management: Orchestrate and align external agency partners to ensure seamless, cost-efficient, and high-quality execution of local e-commerce strategies.

Your story

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing DTC e-commerce and local marketplace platforms with a proven track record of driving significant sales growth.
Leadership: Proven experience in project management and cross-functional leadership.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present data and strategies to senior stakeholders.
Mindset: A results-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability is a must, with advanced proficiency in - Microsoft Excel data manipulation (VLOOKUP, IF, pivot tables, etc.) to translate data into strategic insights.
Languages: Native fluency in Korean and business-level proficiency in English.
