We are looking for an HR Specialist who will work closely with the HR Team Lead and support the development and execution of HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. As a key member of a lean HR team, this role will gain broad exposure across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR Systems, and HR projects. The role starts with hands-on HR operations and gradually expands into HR improvement initiatives and HR planning activities. This position is ideal for an HR professional who wants to develop into an HR Generalist by building strong operational capabilities while gaining experience across diverse HR functions.

Your tasks

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management • Manage day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle • Support the implementation and operation of HR policies, procedures • Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation • Support payroll, benefits and other HR administrative processes • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely HR support • Identify operational challenges and contribute to improving HR processes and employee experience 2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes • Conduct direct sourcing activities to identify and attract qualified candidates • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions • Create and manage job postings and recruitment channels • Conduct candidate screening, and coordinate interview processes • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business needs • Participate in interviews and support candidate assessment • Manage offer processes and maintain candidate communication • Participate in Application Tracking System enhancement project 3. Learning & Development & Employee Engagement • Support the planning and execution of employee training programs • Coordinate training operations including scheduling, communication, and learning data management • Operate onboarding programs and enhance new employee experience • Support employee engagement activities and company culture initiatives • Participate in organizational culture and engagement projects 4. Talent Management & HR Programs • Support annual HR processes and HR calendar activities • Participate in performance management processes • Support talent development initiatives and employee growth programs • Conduct HR data collection and analysis • Participate in HR projects related to organizational effectiveness 5. HR Systems & Process Improvement Projects • Support HRIS implementation, stabilization, and system adoption • Maintain HR system data accuracy and support HR data management • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes • Participate in HR transformation projects • Support project planning, execution, and follow-up activities 6. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) • Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration • Manage employee benefits programs and employee inquiries • Support annual compensation review processes • Participate in compensation and benefits benchmarking activities • Support the development and improvement of C&B policies and programs

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above • 2–6 years of experience in HR-related roles • Experience in HR operations within a mid-sized Korean company or multinational company preferred • Hands-on experience across HR operations • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes • Business-level English communication skills • Strong interest in developing broad HR expertise and becoming an HR Generalist/HRBP • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • High attention to detail and ownership mindset
