Job Purpose:
Yokogawa의 Specialist Career Track에 속하는 SA(Solution Architect)는 고객의 운영 및 워크플로우에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로, 고객 니즈를 충족시키고 실질적인 비즈니스 가치를 창출하는 데 집중합니다.
SA는 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)과 솔루션 비즈니스 확장을 위한 시장 진출 전략(Go to Market Strategy)을 수립하고 실행하며, 이를 통해 새로운 기회를 발굴하고 수주로 이어지도록 파이프라인 전 과정을 주도합니다.
SA는 다양한 산업 프로젝트를 경험하면서 전문성을 강화하고, Global Training 및 지역 간 협업을 통해 폭넓은 네트워크를 형성할 수 있는 기회를 갖습니다.
또한 고객의 결정권자 및 파트너와의 강력한 네트워크를 기반으로 수주 가능성을 높이고 시장 진입 속도를 가속화하는 역할을 수행합니다.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
디지털 전환/스마트 팩토리를 통해 기회 파이프라인을 구축
Account Manager를 지원하여 리드를 검증하고 기회의 성사 가능성을 높임
단기 및 중기 수익 인식을 위해 기회를 우선순위화
고객과의 구독형(Recurring) 비즈니스 모델을 추진
영업팀과 함께 비즈니스 확장 및 시장 진출 전략 수립
회사가 부여한 목표 수주 달성
현지 및 글로벌 팀의 지원을 통한 통합 마케팅 활동으로 파이프라인 성장 주도
고객의 니즈를 파악하고, 민첩한(Agile) 방식으로 접근 전략 수립하여 빠른 수익 창출
결정권자, 목표 수주 가격, 경쟁 상황을 파악하고 이를 기반으로 서비스 포지셔닝
글로벌 팀의 지원을 받아 디스커버리 워크숍 진행
고객(End User)과 비즈니스 파트너십 관계 구축
기술 및 상업 제안서 작성에 참여하며 범위, 리스크, 조건(T&C), 가격 분석
외부 및 요꼬가와 비즈니스 파트너와 크로스셀링(Cross-selling) 추진
시장 조사 및 경쟁 분석 수행
Qualification and Experience:
학력: 4년제 학사 이상
경력: 비즈니스 개발 또는 솔루션 세일즈 분야 8년 이상~25년 이하
필수역량비즈니스 영어 필수
OT/IT 융합 및 플랜트 자동화 이해
디지털 전환 및 스마트팩토리 기술에 대한 컨설팅 역량
솔루션 데모 및 영업 프레젠테이션 능력
고객 과제 도출 및 적합한 솔루션 제안 역량
SaaS 및 반복 수익 모델에 대한 경험과 시장 가격 전략 수립 능력
우대 사항:정유, 석유화학, 화학 산업에 대한 지식 보유자 우대
스타트업 환경 또는 변화에 유연한 업무 성향 보유자
