Your Role :

Perform sampling according to established standard operating procedures and sampling programs
Register samples and utilize various essential equipment for effective sample management
Prepare sample shipments according to the shipment schedule
Monitor stock levels of laboratory items, chemicals, and consumables to ensure adequate supply for laboratory operations
Coordinate QC training by developing training schedules, tracking training outcomes, onboarding new hires, and evaluating training effectiveness
Support the site lead in LIMS-related projects and contribute to the implementation of system changes and enhancements
Monitor LIMS usage and performance, collaborating with the global team to ensure optimal performance for all users with minimal service disruption
Inform users of any maintenance or support activities that may affect their access to LIMS, minimizing the impact on service quality.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of the LIMS implementation process, including user guides and technical manuals.
Provide support to lab users and lab equipment, including barcode scanners and label printers.

Who You Are :

Minimum bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, biology, microbiology, or a related discipline
+ 1 years in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device in QC
Experience with LIMS software, preferably specific Global LIMS platforms
Good understanding of the interface with SAP and lab instruments, with experience in LIMS implementation considered a plus
Good communication and collaboration skills with team members
Fluent in English
