Position Description
The Content Specialist’s goal is to promote the company’s brand in a meaningful way through effective digital campaigns and social media content. This person will be responsible for creating contents of social media and all Consumer Engagement activities to capture, nurture, and convert leads. The role will lead generating innovative social media content according to brand guidelines and engaging consumers through social media channels. You will work with Social Media Operation Specialist, Demand Generation Specialist, and multiple teams to develop the right content to meet company’s social media strategy, bringing your content to reflect business needs and market trends.
Responsibilities

Work with Social Media Operation Specialist to develop and update social media strategies, tactics, and schedules to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales

Work with Demand Generation Specialist to support developing creative content for Consumer Engagement activities

Work closely with China content team to create new content

Create, schedule, and distribute content on social media channels.

Support content creation for retail sales and other business

Monitor competitors’ social media accounts for new products or services or changes in their marketing strategies

Monitor other market SNS channels

Always keen to industry and market trend

Assist Marketing events on demand

Develop Give-away items
Requirements

A portfolio must be submitted

Design capability is plus

Should be comfortable with fast moving work culture

Proven ability to interact with sales, product management, and other stakeholders

Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projects from start to finish

Creative and trend sensitive mind

Business level fluency in spoken and written English
