About the Role
[포지션 소개]
Credit Research Analyst is responsible for credit research, investment assessment, and risk monitoring mainly across fixed income.
Identify relative value opportunities based on fundamental analysis and manage credit risk in the home market.
[담당 업무]
1. Credit Research (Fixed Income)
- Analyze SOEs, financial institutions, and corporates; recommend and manage credit limits
- Conduct annual reviews, earnings updates, and credit event analysis
- Prepare credit write-ups based on financial statements, disclosures, company meetings, and market data
- Incorporate ESG considerations into credit assessments and update ESG ratings
- Conduct relative value analysis across credits under coverage
2. Portfolio Monitoring
- Monitor invested companies' credit limits and portfolio credit quality
- Maintain research documentation and approval records
- Engage with issuers’ IR and finance teams for credit insights
[자격 요건]
- 4+ years of relevant experience in credit research, fixed income, or finance
- Coverage experience across multiple sectors preferred
- Advanced skills in financial analysis and financial modeling
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Critical thinking and risk assessment capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate across teams

- Prior experience at credit rating agencies, insurance companies, asset management firms, or securities firms
- Hands-on experience in ESG research or scoring
