As an M365 Associate Consultant, you’ll empower leading organizations in Korea to transform how they work guiding them through modern collaboration tools, security capabilities, and cloud-driven innovation. You won’t just troubleshoot or deploy solutions; you’ll shape digital workplaces, influence strategic decisions, and help customers unlock the full value of Microsoft 365.

Deliver Microsoft 365 consulting and technical advisory services

Provide technical support and operational management for the Microsoft 365 product suite

Manage and support key Microsoft 365 workloads which includes Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint—as well as Defender, Purview, Power Platform, and Copilot.

Lead Microsoft 365–based project proposals, including planning and execution of Proof of Concepts (PoC)

Develop and execute Microsoft 365 user training programs and Adoption & Change Management (ACM) strategies
What we need to see from you:
- Strong understanding of core M365 workloads

Proven ability to deliver technical consulting, solution guidance, and customer-facing advisory services, prefer who had experience in a Systems Integrator or a large organization (>2000 users)

Experience managing or supporting PoC (Proof of Concept) projects, including planning, execution, and documentation

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics for non‑technical users. English is a plus.
