Department Description
GBTO(Global Banking Technology & Operations)'s ambition is to deliver Technology and Operations excellence in our day-to-day services to Global Banking and Investor Solutions (GBIS) Business Units and their clients. We follow market activities, 24h/24h, in real time, from Hong Kong to Montreal. We manage the customer lifecycle and develop solutions to control the Bank's risk and protect our businesses. To meet evolving client needs and market requirements, as well as anticipating technological advances, our role is to accelerate and support the transformation of GBIS activities. GBTO is at the very heart of this technological and operational challenge.
GBTO/MAR(Market Transversal) department centralises all 12 market-driven Post-Trade services and processes to enhance the service offering to the Group’s Business Units.
