WHAT TEAM YOU’LL BE PART OF
You’ll join the Sales team, led by our CRO, Taoufik, with Team members based in Paris, Barcelona, San Francisco, Seoul, and across China.
The team drives Adikteev’s growth by bringing in new clients across different industries, with a strong focus on gaming. This involves identifying and connecting with app publishers who can benefit from our mobile retargeting solutions and CTV user acquisition strategies.
Beyond execution, the team plays a key strategic role: monitoring market trends and competitor activity, uncovering new growth opportunities by region or vertical, and representing Adikteev at major industry events worldwide.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join the APAC Revenue team in Korea and contribute to our company's continuous growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Sales & Business Development-
Own your territory within the APAC region, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and handoff to onboarding teams.

Develop and execute a targeted prospecting strategy with at least 100 CRM-recorded activities per week (calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups).

Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot (or another CRM), ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.

Create tailored proposals and consultative solutions for gaming and non-gaming advertisers, showcasing Adikteev's performance-driven value.

Market engagement & Client relationships

Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and marketing leads at top-tier advertisers across Korea and APAC.

Identify and secure partnerships across new verticals in the Korean market.

Represent Adikteev at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and pipeline opportunities across the region.

Account planning & Growth

Provide a target account list (including gaming and non-gaming companies) that you're confident can be converted within your first two quarters.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Management and Campaign Management) to ensure seamless transitions from sales to activation.

Share market feedback with leadership to refine strategy, positioning, and client engagement in Korea and APAC.
WHO YOU ARE
You will be a good fit to join the Revenue team at Adikteev if you have :
-
3 o 6 years of proven experience in business development or sales on the Korean, Japanese, and/or Chinese markets, preferably within the mobile app industry ;

Proven experience in performance-based marketing, particularly in the mobile app industry, and a strong network ;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;

Ability to handle challenging targets and deliver results across all mobile app verticals ;

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively ;

Experience managing partnerships and key account relationships ;

Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships ;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean. Chinese and/or Japanese communication skills would be a strong plus.

COMPENSATION

Competitive Salary between ₩130,000,000 and 150,000,000 KRW OTE
We are committed to transparent compensation practices. The salary range shown reflects total On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and an uncapped performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs. Final compensation will be tailored to each candidate’s background, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
