Whatwe need: What we need: We are seeking a detail-oriented andproactive HR Associate to support HR operations in Korea. Reporting to theKorea HR Manager, this role will play a key part in ensuring the smoothdelivery of payroll, HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and HRdata management. The successful candidate will work closelywith employees, managers, external vendors, and regional HR stakeholders todeliver accurate and efficient HR operational support. As the HR functioncontinues to grow, this role will have opportunities to participate in HRprojects, process improvement initiatives, and regional HR activities acrossAPAC. The ideal candidate is highly organised,comfortable working with HR systems and data, and able to manage multiplepriorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. This role will be based in Seoul, SouthKorea. Key responsibilities: Ø Payroll Administration Coordinate monthly payroll activities with the external payrollvendor. Validate payroll inputs and support payroll reconciliations. Assist employees with payroll-related enquiries and ensure timelyresolution. Support payroll audits and maintain payroll records. Ø HR Operations & Administration Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, offerletters, employment certificates, and other employee-related documentation. Manage onboarding and offboarding administration, ensuring asmooth employee experience. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation isaccurately filed and updated. Support employee lifecycle processes and day-to-day HR operations. Ø HR Systems & Data Management Maintain accurate employee data in SuccessFactors and other HRsystems. Perform regular HR data audits, validations, and reconciliations. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards. Support system updates and ongoing HR data maintenance activities. Ø Employee Records Management Manage and audit electronic employee personnel files. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant withcompany requirements. Support internal and external audit requests related to HRdocumentation. Ø Reporting & Analytics Generate regular HR reports and workforce data reports. Support HR metrics tracking and reporting requirements. Assist with data analysis and preparation of management reports. Ø Employee Support Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-relatedenquiries. Provide timely and professional support on HR policies, processes,and procedures. Escalate complex issues as appropriate. Ø Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies onhealth & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, andbusiness continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, andregulatory requirements. The successful candidate: Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora related field. 3 – 5 years of experience in HR Operations,HR Administration, Payroll Administration, or a similar role. Experience working with external payroll vendors. Experience using HRIS platforms; SuccessFactors experience ishighly desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Officeapplications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion andprofessionalism. Strong verbal and written communicationskills in both Korean and English. Preferred Experiencestudying, living, or working overseas, or working in a highly internationalenvironment. Demonstratedcross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively withstakeholders across APAC. Experienceworking in a multinational organisation.
