JOB DESCRIPTION
Join JPMorganChase Securities Services and take ownership of the client service experience across custody operations. You will work at the intersection of client management, operations, and data analytics — using digital tools to identify trends, resolve issues, and continuously improve service delivery. This role offers strong career growth opportunities, broad exposure to global markets, and the chance to develop your expertise in a team that values initiative, collaboration, and client focus.
As a Custody Client Facing Operations Associate in Securities Services, you will be responsible for end-to-end query resolution for custody clients, covering settlements, corporate actions, tax, and income. You will build strong client relationships, host training sessions, and use data analytics tools to identify client trends and operational risk indicators. You will partner with global and regional teams to drive issue resolution and contribute to the presentation of operational metrics to business stakeholders and clients. Your work will directly support client satisfaction and the overall health of the service delivery relationship.
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover. While there is potential for contract extension or conversion to a permanent role depending on business needs, this is not guaranteed — we encourage you to apply only if you are comfortable with this arrangement.
