Candidate Profile
[Activities & Responsibilities]
The Market Access Specialist will support the development and execution of pricing and reimbursement (P&R) strategies to ensure patient access to the Servier portfolio, while supporting price maintenance for established brands.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop high-quality P&R dossiers for new drug listings and reimbursement criteria expansions, ensuring robust clinical and economic evidence to support product value.
Manage the local adaptation of global economic models (PE, BIM) by coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of value propositions.
Support the development of optimal market access strategies and coordinate the end-to-end listing process, including proactive responses to payer inquiries and timeline management.
Execute life-cycle management and maintenance strategies to secure product value and sustainable access.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, medical, regulatory, global/regional partners) to prepare pricing and negotiation strategies.
Contribute to the development and execution of environment-shaping plans and advocacy initiatives to improve the P&R landscape.
Monitor healthcare policy trends and contribute to industry-level efforts to shape the policy environment.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Market Access, HEOR, or related fields (Required).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmacoeconomics, Public Health, or a related field (Preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Korean and professional proficiency in English.
Resilient and proactive mindset to solve problems in complex regulatory landscapes.
