Position Overview
This role supports key Korean customer programs for wireless charging products across consumer and automotive scenarios. The scope includes Tx/Rx firmware, PD adapter interoperability, smartphone Linux driver support, and on-site FAE activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, debug, and maintain wireless charging Tx/Rx software; collaborate with hardware teams for integration and validation.
2. Adapt firmware based on customer-specific schematics and system requirements; perform parameter tuning and release delivery.
3. Drive USB PD adapter protocol interoperability and compatibility testing; analyze and close technical issues.
4. Support smartphone-side Linux driver integration and debugging (AP-side bring-up experience preferred).
5. Provide technical support for Korean customer projects across development, validation, and mass production stages.
6. Participate in requirement analysis, module design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, and release activities.
7. Prepare technical documents, debug reports, and issue tracking materials; work closely with HQ R&D and QA teams.
Qualifications
1. Degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields.
2. Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree having 2+ years of embedded software development experience with strong C programming skills and low-level driver development capability.
3. Solid hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M platforms (M0/M3/M4, etc.), C51 platforms; experience with IFL/NXP(S32K3) MCU projects is a plus.
4. Familiar with common embedded peripherals and buses: PWM, ADC, I2C, UART, CAN, and LIN.
5. Familiar with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, uC/OS) and standard embedded build/debug workflows.
6. Proficient with Keil/IAR and strong in debugging/root-cause analysis using logs, waveforms, and protocol traces.
7. Familiar with version control tools such as Git/SVN.
Language Requirements
English: Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to handle technical documents, emails, and cross-border meetings independently.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Good understanding of wireless charging principles/protocols (Qi/proprietary); practical Tx/Rx project experience preferred.
2. Familiar with USB PD protocol and adapter bring-up; smartphone Linux driver experience is a strong plus.
3. Experience in automotive wireless charging projects; exposure to ASPICE, ISO 26262, or AUTOSAR is a plus.
4. Good understanding of common power electronics topologies (e.g., buck, boost, inverter, and converter), ability to read and understand hardware schematics, and proficiency in oscilloscope-based debugging and measurement.
5. Experience supporting Samsung Electronics, Hyundai-Kia Motors, or Tier-1 OEM customer.
6. Proven track record in mass-production bring-up and customer issue closure.
7. Strong ownership mindset and self-drive, with proven resilience under pressure, collaborative team spirit, and sustained passion for technology.
